Ebay/Paypal stealth accounts and VPNs?

Hey guys i used to be on this a while back but starting fresh, i would like to hear from some people in relation to VPNs and stealth accounts.

I want to be able to log into my stealth paypal and ebay (when i buy them) on my home laptop so i was considering a VPN, however on the live chat where they are selling the VPN packages i asked them to return me a list of things that the VPN does NOT hide and they said it does not conceal the following: User-agent, Mac address, Referrer and Other Browser's Info is not being hidden. I was wondering is this a problem with using a VPN for the purpose of being able to log into your stealth account on the same laptop as your personal ebay/paypal account?

Ebay/Paypal do not see your mac address. Problem with some VPNs is that their ip ranges have been blacklisted by Ebay/Paypal.

Create separate user accounts on your pc for each ebay/paypal account. Use ccleaner often. And get a VPS service for windows that will allow remote desktop logins with unique ip's for each account.

Swift_justice, how can I do this? I need to run a Miami based Paypal account from another country without being noticed.

You would do the same thing. Get a VPS account in area your Paypal account is and log on from your country.
 
Sure, but how? I need some orientation please... vps webpages seem confusing.

Unfortunately I don't use VPS so I cannot guide you. I am sure if you search in this forum or aspkin you will find your answer. best of luck.
 
If using a VPN, either set up your own or use a new company that hasn't yet been blacklisted, such as HideMyAss and the rest of the popular ones. Also, if they are cheap, chances are their list of available IP's are already blacklisted.

Do you still need to make a separate user account on your PC if you're accessing the VPN and using a web browser within the VPN from your main account? Someone PM me about this please.
 
You need to consider using a VPS to make it look like your coming from your home country. This will work
great.
