If all my PayPal and eBay accounts are stealthed, but instead of linking my paypal to a bank I just pay my main PayPal linked to my main eBay account will it be detected, or can eBay not detect that much?

transfers between two accounts are the easiest way eBay/Paypal can link accounts and ban them.

Is there any other way for me to withdraw the money then? could I request paypal cards for each one and withdraw money from them after walmart purchases or from the ATM, etc.?

You can use visa credit card to withdraw.

You can add bank to each account or could consider an option of liquidating money through eBay purchases for some hot branded items, or buying gold,BTC etc

Of course, eBay will detect it and ban it as a first priority.

yes they will match your accounts and it will be linked. If your main account was limited your stealth account will also be limited.

Its a very risky move to transfer funds between accounts, but it is possible as long as you keep diligent track of IPs and not have too many similarities.

Definitely for more advanced / savvy stealthers. But if you're trying to withdraw funds without adding a bank, certain countries allow withdrawl to vcc.
