Ebay - Paypal Question - HELP!

Hi Everyone,

Okay...this is probably a newbie Ebay question but I've searched and can't find the answer anywhere.

Thanks to this board, I learned how to avoid the dreaded Paypal 21 day hold.

My question is....what do I do with the Ebay listing to show that it is sold, has been paid for and is shipped?

The listings had Paypal as a payment option but when the items were purchased I sent the buyer a message telling them to pay through the invoice I would send them.

So....how do I fix this on the sold item listings AND how do I do listings to avoid this in the future (if that's possible).

Once the item is paid for and shipped. All you have to do is add tracking information on the ebay transaction.

This will Alert ebay and let them know the item had been shipped.
