Hi, guys!
I've become a new seller on eBay and I have one question. I know about the selling limits on eBay and the pending balance on PayPal. I've read the following lines:

While you gain experience selling on eBay, access to funds from buyer payments may be delayed to promote successful fulfillment. Rest assured this is a temporary situation. As soon as you meet all of the following criteria, payments from your buyers will generally be available immediately:

?It's been more than 90 days since your first successful sale;
?You've had more than 25 sales transactions; and
?You've had more than $250 in total sales.

And my question is - is it possible to get out of PayPal "jail" if I only cover two of the criteria?

Thanks in advance.
Regards.

My experience is no, but they will usually release your funds 2-3 days after tracking info shows delivery.

Thanks for the answer!

just put in the tracking and you will be fine

Yeah, I make it this way, but.. I just wanna my payments to be available immediately. :(

Thanks for post!

Unless you're one of those people who churn accounts all the time, the best way to build long term $$$ on eBay is to take everything slow. You could have made some real quick money doing wild wild west stuff before 2009 but now it's much more difficult.

You're right! Unfortunately..

I'm not one of those people.

Actually you'll have to fulfill all the 3 criteria but instead you can just put the tracking info and everything will get back to normal. ;)

Alright, guys. Thank you!

As it's already been mentioned just enter your tracking numbers and as your sales progress you wont have such strict restrictions.

23 more sales and I'll be out of PayPal jail. :(
