Ebay Paypal Payment issue

i am newbie on ebay with Bad english
i am selling Safe Digital Product.

i created ebay/paypal stealth account
got 5 Listing Limit and i used that All and get 5 Sales in 8 Days

Before Here showing 21 Days Hold Periode

Now it's Showing 7Days of Verification - What is this 7 Days of verification? i need to do anything for it?

How Can i pay Ebay Fees i added Vcc into Paypal.?

How Can i increase Limit?

i am checking Forums people saying Paypal can hold/block Your Account Any time. i don't have anything to verify because of stealth account. How to be safe?

anything Happen with my paypal account , if i recive 1000$ total payment(in month) in paypal from ebay?

I guess your paypal account must be long in age. There is no such problem with my PayPal account.

After seven days your money should be paid to you. Unless someone opens a claim.

PayPal can hold your money anytime they feel your account puts them as risk.

If it’s a stealth account make sure you have all the information you used to make it. Including DOB and if they require you provide information you need to get that from somewhere.

Once your PayPal is older and done a certain account of transactions then then the 21 day old will stop.

means that your money will be released after 7 days but don't trust that even if it says 7 days they can hold it up for 21 days
