ebay / Paypal not accepting my card

When i try to purchase on ebay as a guest or with my account, paypal says my card cant be used for this payment.
I've spent probably over $1000 within 2+ years on ebay with my card. I even tried my sisters card it didnt work.

Im using my US BANK card. It works fine on amazon but amazon sucks.
I tried calling paypal, ebay, and my bank no one has an answer.

(my paypal got closed years ago so i cant make one)

My girlfriend had a similar problem a few months ago. In the end she had to call the bank and tell them to activate it for use on PayPal. It had been used before but for some reason it was then disabled.

Is that been an auction? Maybe youe bid was outbid by a last minute bidder

Are you sure you set your card to use it in internet? Some banks don't give you a card with possibility to instantly use it in internet. Make sure you fixed it.
