Ebay + Paypal funds on Hold

Guys if i sell $5000 on ebay with an 1 month old paypal will my funds be on hold for 21 days even if i add track info?

Nope, sometimes they normally release fund to you before 21 days (verse-versa)

sometimes, they release the first fund on hold if, you made a second third sales

Contrary to what most people believe, there is no specific parameter when it comes toto this.
You can have a 5 years ebay account selling electronics products, suddenly if, you switch to selling digital items ofcourse, this will trigger the ebay security alarm and fund associated to this transansaction could go on hold.

So, i suggest, you should focus more on selling,shipping,ensure package is delivered to your customer's in a timely manner and you will have no problem getting your money.

they never ever hold funds anywhere close to 21-days like they say. As long as you promptly ship and update tracking number,the funds will usually get released within 72 hours of confirmed delivery of item. Yes, even with brand new accounts. I’ve had my first transaction of $5 all the way up to $150 released the very next day of delivery. And yes, some were “high-risk items” as well. I shipped and updated tracking number the same day as purchase as well. All depends on your behavior. Any suspect behavior may lead to longer holding times!

usually they will release some of the payments early if you upload tracking for them all. but in my experience, they won't release 100% of the funds early to still cover themselves.
