Ebay / paypal ban question

Hi my ebay account was banned last year, I was also told that I am banned for life. My paypal account linked with ebay was also permenantly limited.

I know to set up a new paypal account you need a new email, new name variation, new address, new IP address, new CC and new bank details. EVERYTHING CLEAN NO TRACES.

But when you register with ebay, you will have to give your real address if you want to get stuff posted to you. So how do you get around this, won't they link you via your address on ebay?

Or do you give a fake address and just change the shipping address when you are buying things?

I might be wrong but I think I was reading that providing different shipping address from your stated, real address was against their policy? But I have done that also, and no problems so far.

Also about the CC, you can just report it as stolen, and make a new one, fresh. I read that when you register that CC, paypal actually cant see your name or address, just some kind of code, which doesnt really reveal much.
but about the address, you could probably put anything except your real address, a friend perhaps.

Thanks for the info, I guess shipping to a friend is the only option really.

So just provide your close friends address. There isn`t much you can do at this point.

You can try using a variation of the address; like 44 {west|W} main {street|ST.} ... that, with the combination of a new stealth name, you should be able to fly under the radar using your own address

give a relatives address or a friends as you can always adjust it when you buy on ebay
