Long story short around December 2017 my original eBay account was limited and banned from selling, so I used these forums to set up a sort of stealth eBay account. I used a VPN every time I was on it and used gift cards or whatever thru was can't remember at this moment to set up a PayPal account and pay from there. I slowly got my limit lifted and everything was great. Until for some reason in May 2019 I sold something like I normally would buy the balance was there but in my PayPal wallet It said something like sign for PayPal cash to get your money and I had to put all this info I didn't have so I closed the PayPal account cause I kinda freaked out. eBay letting me sell but requires me to have automatic payment with PayPal set up. So what do I do now how do to make another PayPal and what virtual credit card /debot card do I use to fund it? Thank you guys so much for taking the time to read this & it would really help me out so much.
