Just connected Payoneer with Ebay, uploaded the required documents and bam. Payoneer closed my account.

1. Was your Payoneer account already verified with documents?
2. Did you upload the documents you mentioned to Payoneer or eBay?
3. What did Payoneer say for the reason for account closure?

And was it verified?

Yes.
Uploaded to Payoneer as required by Ebay. Ebay account is fine.
Broke terms.
 
But I personally haven’t done this yet, but I think it’s definitely possible to connect another account
