Ebay payment method get removed after passing suspension

Hi , i got a problem . whenever i create Ebay account and manage to pass them through suspension.

and start selling, after 3 days or 1 week or 1 month , my automatic payment method are just removed with no reason. i found that when i want to create a new lisitng, and it ask me for adding auto payment method which i have already did.

so when i add it again my account gets another suspension again and they wont lift it.

anyone know the reason why auto payment method get removed after while ?
