ebay partner implement within site on page load

Hello I read somewhere before that you can implement ebay partner network code directly so that when people load your site without clicking nothing they get your cookie right away and then you make money from there ebay purchases, can anyone link me to a thread on how to do this or atleast what this is called and will this get you banned from epn?

um - banned if they even "think" you were thinkin' about it... and for some freakish reason - they'll know you had "thoughts".
