Whenever I try to go pay off my seller fees at ebay, I use the "one-time payment" method.
My fees show up in cdn, and then I just click on "pay now" and it normally takes me to my paypal
account and I make payment.
But for some reason, now it tells me 'Sorry, we only support usd currency for one time paypal payment'.
But I have usd currency in my paypal account. Why won't it let me pay?
