ebay negative balance - £213 what does it mean?

The money hasnt cleared and ebay has already paid it on your behalf so you owe them.

I once had a negative balance for a few months. I have been cheated by a buyer for about $450. I refused to pay it right away and eBay gave my information up to collections agency. Sooner or later they reached out to me and threatened that I pay as soon as possible or I will face some serious consequences. I would recommend you pay what you owe them as fast as possible, if you at all care about your eBay account or your personal information on it. Good luck!

This is the best advice your going to get
Don't blow your credit rating for the sake of a couple of hundred quid
Faster you pay it the better

just dont know why do i have to pay for some fees if i didnt sell the items, you pay only if you sell is that right? they has been tooked off the sale by ebay himsen??!!

If you go to your accounts summary page, are you being prompted to pay?

You might also want to check your past invoices. ebay typically credits insertion
fees if they had to remove listings due to policy violations. If you've already paid for these invoices, then yeah what you're seeing are credits. I don't understand though why it would come up to that much. Check the credits tab under you recent activities, change the date range, and see if you see any credits there.

Goodluck!
