Anyone have experience with eBay and if so is it true that they'll stop holding funds after 90 days or 250 in sales?

1st i’m sorry for my english.
yes that true but it’s depend the amount of the transaction. I have an account with only 25 sales for more than 90 days and ebay not holding my money.
since Ebay taking in charge the payment the rules are changed. We have too much a verification ID, proof of owning, place of living proof ect…
the problem we met with paypal by the past are on ebay now.
