ebay mobile phone

hi all just got banned from ebay,anyway im setting up a new account,just want to know i was using my mobile app to access ebay,when my new account is up and running can i use the same mobile to access ebay or can will they know its the same mobile..can they track mobiles do they have ips address like pc s ...thanks all

Check the IP of your phone. If you used it on the account that was suspended you need a new IP.
most phones will give you a new IP if you turn on airplane mode then turn it off....you should then have a different IP.

To get a new IP for your phone turn on airplane mode then turn it off again... hope this helps!
