eBay method i'm trying but need advice...

I have recently being trying the old eBay method of making it look like you are selling a product but actually only a guide of that product. Sure enough I have made a $180 sale already with it. However, I did this with a new eBay account I opened as I didn't want anything to happen to my own account with 100% feedback. Well, since the item sold the money is now held by PayPal for up to 21 days until the customer receives and reviews product as its a new eBay account. So, I don't think I will be getting the money from him as he will see its a guide and even though the auction category was books and title and description said guide he will still cause a fuss and end up with the money back (in this situation of account). But, what I am wondering is should I just start selling these things with my 100% feedback account with no selling limits? I think it would increase sales as they would see the feedback and trust me and the money would be available instantly to me. I mean I know I am covered as the title/desc. says guide but you know how people can start to fight these things...

'the old eBay method' sounds more like 'the old eBay scam' to me.

Even if you do this with an established account, you'll not receive the money because paypal will just put your account into negative balance.

How about focusing on something that doesn't involve ripping people off, #@%$!

This isn't Z**let, we're not a scamming fraudulent community. No one is going to help you pull off your scams.

Imagine someone doing that to you. Selling you a guide in name of a product. What will he do with the guide without having the product?
So unethical...

Sorry guys. I'm still new and learning and I found that method that I thought was an easy way to get some start up cash. Times are hard at home with my dad losing his job and I just wanted to be able to do something to help. I work myself but I also have my own bills to pay. Sorry again if I have offended anyone.

Try selling your eBay account. If you were planning on scamming with it, then it would have been suspended eventually, so you might as well sell it. An aged account with no 21 day hold and 100% positive feedback would sell for a lot.

The same reason someone might use to rob a corner store or a purse. But that doesn't make it alright. When you are trying to earn money online think about the impact on those on the other side of the equation. I understand times are rough but they are rough for a lot of people not just you. If you look through this forum there are a zillion golden nugget methods you can work on that can get you earnings without turning another person who probably isn't rich into a victim.
