Ebay mc011

Hi Guys, hope you're doing well

Please i have got my ebay account restricted MC011, i have sent them all docs that they asked me for my id, and my bank statement to verify my address, but i still need invoices to all my items that have been selled, i have contacted the seller to sent me the invoices but he told me that he don't have invoices, so it's looks like i need to buy them, please suggest me any one how would help me solve that issue ? please i will appreciate any advices.
