I have a question, I have a aged ebay account with really good feedback. They have my id and my real bank account info for managed payments, will they ban me if I remove that bank account and add one that is not under my name? (I'm from Europe)

Usually the bigger issue is with the bank not Ebay. If you are going to add a new bank account and you`ve already enrolled in MP then you are going to need to add the new bank account without changing the name info meaning it would be up to the bank to decide what to do with the mismatching deposit. Some banks are ok with it some are not. If the deposit was rejected by the bank for mismatching names they`d send you an alert and you`d have to add a new bank account to Ebay and its possible they restrict the account and ask for ID and bank statements before removing the restriction.
