eBay listings

Is it possible to manipulate ebay listing to drive them near the top of the ebay search such as firing links a the listing or buying listing views (if possible).. Also can this be done on amazon listings as well or do both marktetplaces have their own ranking systems so to speak?

Well I have years of experience on eBay and sell on eBay myself but havent heard anything about this particualrly... Whats the rason you interested on this?
