EBAY LISTING

Im having trouble with keeping a certain product active. Every time I try to list some Apple air-pods my listing gets takin down which eBay says for copyright reasons but I see hundreds of people selling the same item. Iv tried listing as refurbish or used etc but it still gets takin down, Anyone here knows how to successfully keep an apple product listed without getting it took down?
