EBay listening deleted

I’ve been selling an item (replica) on eBay for several weeks now, and it’s been going really well. Today, the listing was deleted or hidden, and the reason given was: “This listing was removed because it was reported by the intellectual property rights holder.” A few other sellers are also selling the same item—obviously replicas as well—but their listings haven’t been deleted. What can I do now? Should I just file a complaint with eBay or simply re-upload the listing? And why was only mine deleted and not those of the other sellers?
