Is there any service on this forum that will help me get my Ebay account back and running?

I got this error message but since I'm not based in the US/UK/EU, I am unable to call Ebay. The line doesn't get through..

Have you any idea why they banned you?

What are you selling?

I was selling off my old magazine subscription digital to the economist. I'm not sure why I got banned given that I had positive feedbacks and no customers complained.

When did this happen? eBay are notoriously slow for reply to matters like this.

Are there any additional messages/info on the notification, seller account or messages pages?

Have you got any low detailed seller ratings?

Do you sell anything else?

Make sure you drop them an email asap if you have not already. And try calling them again.

TIP: Think about what you want to say first and ask them all of the questions you can think of in one email as they may take a week to reply!

Do you have their email address? I tried searching for it all over ebay and self help but didn't get anything. I emailed them through the system and I got "Thanks for contacting eBay. This email address is no longer accepting email." Thus I'm at a loss. My account is new. Going to be one month in 1 weeks time. It happened on Jan 25 and till now I'm still trying to contact them.

Here's an idea for a possible easy solution to speak to eBay over the phone:

Use a mobile phone.
Download a free VPN app (this will allow you to display your location as UK/EUR).
Download an internet calling app (You can usually watch videos for free minutes or top up for a reasonable price) which will allow you to dial from a wifi or 3g connection

I'd recommend calling them. I was banned 3 years ago and last month they randomly emailed me telling me they want me to start using my account. Completely wasn't expecting it.
