Ebay keeps charging my Paypal per month

I have an eBay account I haven't used since Paypal and Ebay split. I didn't use it much, but it has 100% feedback. 31 from sales, and 51 from purchases. I keep getting charged $2.05 a month and my last sale was in January, I believe it's only been since June or July that I have been being charged monthly. Small fee, but at the moment I'm over 2000.00 in debt due to student credit cards and bad choices. I still use my paypal vendor account for selling in a few marketplace forums I belong to.

My question is, would it be in my benefit to just cancel my eBay account? I don't see myself using it, but it has perfect feedback so ideally I would like to keep it. Or is there a way to delink my Paypal and eBay account without any possible future charges? I know you can delink accounts, but with all the fine print I don't read and eBay changing as company I would like to know what this forums thoughts are on my best plan of action?

You can disconnect ebay with your paypal account

log in to your PayPal account.
Click Profile at the top of the page.
Click My Money, then click Update beside My preapproved payments to find your payment.
Select the payment, and then click Cancel.
