Ebay just stopped paying me

I have an old ebay account that is in good standing that I just recently began using again. I've been selling $20-$30 items and for about a month I had no problems. Then in the middle of last month, without any email or warning, they just stopped paying me when before I was getting deposits the next business day. I contacted their support chat and they told me there was an issue with "bank verification microdeposits", but the thing is, there was never any prompt for micro deposits. I never got an email about verification and and my funds are not showing as 'on hold' they're available, I just cannot have them deposited. It's going on 3 weeks now and all I get from them is 'we escalated the issue wait 2-3 days' and nothing happens. Does anyone know what happened or how to fix this?

BTW I have a perfect seller/feedback record. Lots of positive feedbacks and all shipped on time.

Are you sure you don’t have any open disputes from buyers?

No, I have no open disputes or complaints. I have contacted state agencies for help, as Ebay is regulated as a money transmitter, but Ebay still hasn't paid.

Can you tell them to request micro deposits to be sent again?
Normally this happens when they have sent the micro deposits and you have not entered the details on eBay.

So here's what happened. After I reported them to the state regulation agency, I followed up with them one more time and this time they seemed to be a lot more "helpful". They fixed the glitch on their end that was preventing the request for the deposits to show up, and I was able to do that. It took about 3 days. That was about two weeks ago.

Now, after I sold a lot trying to make up for lost time I got hit with another hold and this time they were asking for my business info and some ID. After uploading both, they accepted the business info but didn't accept the ID so now I am dealing with that again. SMH it is never-ending bullshit ebay. It would be so nice if there was a place to sell that had good traffic and little or no restrictions.

eBay is worse than Alibaba when it first started.

ebay is buyer centric. all they do is limit your visibility, put restrictions etc. i recommend you to stop ebay and start something valuable. you should not be living on ebay terms and condition when you make money for them too!!

Yeah I am done with ebay but I am not done getting my money back. I will be going to court over that.
