So one of the accounts at my household have been permanently banned from eBay and 2 accounts have been linked to them including my father's and mine. Mine and my father's have not been banned but have had limits imposed onto them.

My account and the account that has been banned was used primarily from our home address and so we cannot use any stealth accounts from that Wifi IP anymore.

Today I JUST STARTED to use my father's account to sell 5 items at our store's Wifi IP. But now the limits were imposed on his account as of today as well.

My question is: Since we barely used my father's account at our stores Wifi, can we just make another stealth account at that IP address? We barely logged in at that location with his account and so I'm not sure if eBay would be able to track us?

All three of our accounts were registered under the same home address (this was before I learned about stealth accounts and etc).

Any help? I want to start a stealth account but I'm not sure which direction to go. Some people say Private Proxies and others say VPS.

I want to know that whatever account I start won't get banned so yea....

You don't want to make a new account using that same IP. An IP address isn't enough to link accounts by itself, but using the same IP as a suspended user would cause a rep to do some research into the account and that's what happened with your home address.

Best to just use a new IP. Don't use a proxy. There are much better options. A VPS is okay, but you're better off using something like cell phone tethering or a 4G hotspot. Or even better, you can access your father's account only from the store's wifi and then change your home internet's IP and use that for the new account.

An IP address is enough if its only ever been used on a single account and ebay deems it as static because said account has been logged into a lot of times from that individual IP alone.

the thing that even if you just barely used an ip to login to an account, you still used it, no matter if it happened only once, so you'll need a new one, if you have dynamic ip it's easy, if not a paid VPN or dedicated private proxy will be needed
