Ebay international shipping

Hello, I’m a ebay dropshipper and i just received 2 orders from puerto Rica, i contacted my supplier in aliexpress and he told me he doesn’t ship to puerto rico and a lot of sellers don’t / some do with insane high shipping fees.
Please help me and what i do

You can just cancel order and kindly contact the buyer and tell him that you can't ship to his location

cancel the order or find a shipping relay service.
