Ebay Instant ban dodgy activity (experienced user)

I have had several accounts get an instant ban for "suspected activity that is harmful to the community" Is anyone else having this problem?

The accounts have been created on a dongle
Spent time to build up cookies
Started with low value items (no counterfeit or high fraud)
VCC
Clean browser and user account (laptop) separate MAC addresses

Pretty much text book. The accounts get a ban just as the first item sells.

Has anyone else come across this / have suggestions or work around? The only idea I have is to train the accounts with a few purchases of digital services then move on to a residential proxy. Obviously that is time consuming and requires extra budget. Plus it would be a massive kick in the balls if I get another vague as fuck ban just as that first item sells.

I don't do dropshipping on ebay, but I have read about it, first you have to creat a fresh account (fresh IP, fresh phone number, fresh laptop, 3G/4G connection is recommanded, don't use chrome) build up cookies, if you can buy a cheap item or two, convert your account into seller, and list an item from your house, after three or four day list another one.... till you get your first suspend, call them and gave them the info they ask for, they will restore you account if the info match your account, keep listing items from your house or Aliexpress (edit the photos, write a goor description, and don't make your listing look like a dropshipper) after a while you will get another suspend, they will ask for receipt and other stuff I don't know the detail sorry. after you pass the second suspend, you are ready to list digitals good or what ever you want to sell, but with digital your account will not last forever, but if you wan't to do dropshipping always edit the photo, put your logo, write a clean description, if you have time make a video... stuff like that will not make you look like a dropshipper.... hope those infos helps you, it will take time, but it will work, and at the same time creat other account to scale up, this is how people do it in my country
