Dear Ebay seller,
Kindly enlighten me with ebay selling basics.

Starting from opening an account.
what should be the user name or shop name ?

Considering I do not have a shop in real.
I would have 'my residence address' as registered address at ebay and shipping would be from a real shop owner and billing from him.
Since I do not have a shop and I am not a registered business owner with (VAT)tax dpeartment.
I can not sell items outside my city.

Products I am planning to sell are HIGH VALUE items BRANDED PRODUCTS, NEW with WARRANTY original PRODUCTS

sales I do not have any esitmate whether i will be able to sell anything.

I am new and would like to know basics of selling on ebay tips tricks to protect me from fraud.

I have read forum and found two types of complaints from sellers related to seller.
1) seller buys and does nto pays
2) seller receives parcel and demands payback.

what other things I should be careful of and is it possible to reject selling to some customers with zero feedback or negative feedback.

I am going to do clean business.

Indians Please help me Sourcing goods at whole sale price.

all you need to know are ready at ebay INDIA faq page. no need to be written here.

you can register your company and apply for TAX id
if you are really serious about your business
but what I would suggest is
Start with couple of low price products with low profit
to see how it works and estimate chargebacks
if it works according to your plan then you can sell high value branded products

P.S. I am sure you sent the same mail to ebay customer care also

I am not Planning to apply for tax id now.. I am serious is it necessary? for EBAY
I have enquired it ... and done my homework with tax thing...

would be using Invoice of other trader. that is what I wanted to know if VAT number is essential then I will get myself registered.. if ebay turnout to be lucrative for me I will get TAX ID also... and all other required things.....
