Ive been selling a digital item on ebay for 3 days. Most of the orders have gone through perfectly but some of them are on hold on paypal. Ive tried getting customers to mark as delivered but none of them can find the button. They also have left positive feedback as I have read that that could fix it. Im pretty sure i need a tracking number which i cant give unless I give a fake one. Any recommendations or should I just refund orders and not deliver when they get put on hold?
Thanks!

I haven’t sold digital products on eBay, but do have a biz account. For new accounts, they hold funds until delivery is confirmed. When I spoke to eBay about this, I was told it would be in effect for the first 25 sales transaction. Afterwards, restrictions would be lifted.

if you look in the help section, there may be some info on how they handle digital products during the probation period.

Buyers can confirm delivery after 48 hours from sending the payment.
And unfortunately, if you do not have a valid tracking number, the funds cannot be released any sooner :(

If your PP is not aged you might have some issue getting your funds instantly.
Usually, once the other side confirms that the Item is delivered on PP it can be released. in rare cases they are still on hold.

PP was 6 months+ and ebay was even older but i had less than 25 sales which seems to be the problem. Thanks All!
