eBay helper needed

Hi, This is my first post here....
I am new to eBay selling with zero feedback.... I need a a helper/helpers who can help me in 2 matters.
1) Tell me best eBay practices/tips and tricks to start selling so that I can increase my sales slowly and steadily without any problem..
2) Someone familiar with custom eBay store front and listing template. I have a designer who will design and code everything but he is not familiar with eBay.. So someone who can tell him the dos and don?ts and provide technical support..

i read that what people do to get feedback is to sell things like free sim cards or pointless shit for 0.01$ with free shipping, people will always buy and leave feedback

What do you sell on eBay? And how much are you going to pay for help?

just sell all the shit around the house first then move onto a niche that suits you
