eBay help !

Hello.. I have an answer concerning selling on eBay. I wanna know if I can prevent other buyers from seeing similar items when they open my item page.. because eBay shows similar items that are very similar to mine with low price. please answer and please tell me if here is a section specialized in Dropshinnig on BHW
