I have Now 2 ebay account:
1. account:
limit 10 article / 500$
since feb 2010

2.account
limit 500 article / 5000$
since dec 2014

so which account it is besser for selling ? I have tried to sell some cases with the second account but I have got any sale even with very cheap prices . thanks in advance

#2 is better because length of account doesn't mean anything without sales history.

what are you trying to sell? Are you getting good search placement?

I have bought some cases from ali and I have listed them for half the original price in ebay but I haven t got any salle and search placement are very far

Well your first problem is you're trying to sell an item that 10,000 other sellers are selling by using exact same methods that they are...

eBay has turned into pretty much a wholesale site and based solely on feedback and number of sales. Your placement in a particular category and item will be based on handling time, free shipping and price. Hope this helps.

Generally, if you're not in the first 4-5 pages in search results you will get very few views. If you get no views, you will get no sales. Price is important, but I'd rather be in the first 1 or 2 pages with slightly higher prices than on page 7 with lower prices.
