I have 2 ebay account linked with 2 paypal . working on same pc. now 1 account is banned. now its ok to open my active account on same ip and pc. any risk to be banned???

Knowing Paypal, they'll find out and probably keep any money you have in there.

Try not to use the same ip.

if u used to open two paypal n ebay with same IP n PC , your 2nd account might be in risk, create another user account and login with different IP
