Ebay Help

Hi everyone,


I am an ebay seller and I need some help. I do dropshiping . Now ebay is asking me for invoices from my supplier.


I need advice from someone who has passed this limitation before.

Can you have your supplier create an invoice for you? It can be just a .docx with basic info

I don't think we have enough information to help you here. Are you a long established seller and this happened out of the blue? My guess is not, but we should be sure. Has there been a sudden increase in your sales over a short period of time? Alternatively, are your products being dropshipped from China and customers are complaining to eBay as to why their purchases take so long to get to them.

As a long time eBay seller, it has been my experience that eBay rarely does things like this without a reason. So the first thing to do is figure out the reason. Once you have that figured out, maybe you can make eBay happy by doing something else.

Maybe im missing something here but if your business is legit
why not give them the invoices?
