I think you're speaking about a script that just scrapes any email from auction listings.I have a script that will extract emails from ebay, will send you link if you want.
I'm talking about something that decrypts the user IDs for all the bidders in any auction you'd want to specifically target.
Not just something that scrapes seller emails that they list in their auctions.

Got it mate. My script just extracts emails from eBay, any emails but I don't know if dycrepted ones are included. I think its just sellers. God bless in finding though.
