Ebay Gift Card Codes

I have a Plug On A Few Gift Card Codes And Need To Add Them To An Account. Whats The Easiest Way To Make An Account Attached To PayPal without Any Limitation Or Document Approval Needed ?

Any Info Would Be Appreciated.

BTW, Not Sellin' Any codes At This Time.

What country do you want the paypal account registered with? Different countries have different requirements and best practices for opening a new paypal account.

Just dont add them all at once!

Well i got to thinkin' and decided that Ebay/Paypal is a waste. But I would have been registering from USA. Just seems Like Too Much Trouble So Im Going To Go With Amazon BC They Have Amazon "Lockers" Where You Can Ship Product To And Pickup Within 3 days from a 711 nearby.

Anyhow , I still have 1 paypal/ebay card code and i guess i will give it a shot with making a new pp/ebay acct and see how it goes. hopefully with all new info, computer, connection, location, name, i wont have any issues.. (I was going to just fabricate everything and didnt want to hit a bump before i got to spend the credit..)

BTW, when u say dont add them at once, would u mean dont add over a certain amount of $$ or cards ? eitheway what would u say is enough?? bc what if i needed to buy a car for 4500$ and had 9 500$ reload cards. This would for sure be limited ?? I wonder what id have to verify when im not needing to use a CC or even a Shipping location as i would be picking the car up in person.

So adding the funds to a new account wont be reason for limiting the account ?? I wasnt sure if adding/Spending "X" amount of dollars within "X" amount of days would require some type of identification verification. I know one time (5+++ years ago) I bought a Reload Pack (with cash) to add funds on my Paypal account and made a purchase for less than 500$ and after nearly 2 weeks of the order not being processed , i contacted ebay and they said that they were holding the funds for "x" amount of days due to a high risk of fraud. I was like WTF i paid cash so this wouldnt happen. Ended up Canceling The Order and using Another Verified Account instead of the New Account.
