Ebay Germany Stealth... Please help!

Hi!

Im from Germany and i need your help.

My real ebay account was suspended because some costumers must wait too long for their goods.

I was selling car diagnostic products from china.

I set up a Limited with an own banc account, new telephone number and so on.. new IP and cookies (browser + flash) were deleted.


A few weeks ago i used the new account (registrated on the Ltd with new banc information) for selling an iphone 5c starting with 1 eur .. after a few hours they deleted the item and asked for some documents.
the wanted my id card and so on... i didnt replied and the account was supended.

now i want to start again.. i registrated the new account.. but now im waitung for new banc account information to start over.
was it wrong to sell the iphone?
i can use categories that have no selling limitations (Business + Handel) to sell my products.


please give me any tips and hints.. everything is legal.

shall i set up the company in another way? because i am the manager...

Germany is tough with creating stealth accounts. They have that stupid 'post ident " thing as well as sending letters by mail to the registered address and what not.

But for sure you did not help it by selling an iphone as 1 euro auction to start the account with.

yeah.. the letter with the code is not the problem.. i received it....

is there any list with high risk items?

my goods for selling dont have any well known brands.. but they are 100-400 eur worth..

come on boy u are selling i fone and u are saying your products are not from good brand?

you have another way to sell in Ger Ebay.

_ first register a usa ebay account with random info ( address us, vcc us, phone us - can use pinger or whistle )
_ second use chosen selling to german and just ship items to german, now you can sell again.
Noted: remeber change you IP, name's PC and mac address. Ebay can spot you if you used the same PC.

one question..

is it enough to change ip an delete cookies (browser and flash) ... ? why pc name and mac adress? i thought the mac adress cannot go through the web??
