Usually the only way eBay agrees to do this is if your registration info comes up in a public database. It'd probably be simpler just to buy 50/5000 accounts.

How/Where do you buy accounts?

you're going to have to sell at least 70 percent of your limits to actually get an increase.

no rep working there is going to increase limits just to do it.

I tried calling in on a few accounts and was successful on two of them. Questions they asked me consisted of why I needed more limits and about the business. But they do pull up the public info and if you can't answer it, well you won't get a raise. There has been rare occasions where I failed it, but they raised my limits to 20 items at $1500.

Not saying that will happen all the time, it is very rare.

There is sellers that offer them, i remember a seller in the marketplace here offers them, but I can't seem to find his thread.

Some priced differently and others that offer more features.

eBay has public information and they will check it is legit or no for accept raise your selling limit each account with your information you register with them.
Make sure your information is new and legit in some country as USA after they confirmed your information is correct they will automatic raise your selling limit.
