ebay file exchange upload job

I am posting another hire a freelancer post. I just didnt want to explain two jobs in one post but someone is welcome to do both if they can. If anyone one has a bit of experience with ebay file exchange they can make some quick money I want to see if i can send someone a cvs excel format file and if they can make it work on ebay file exchange because i cant get it right it just keep giving me error codes. Its the format ebay wants i just keep messing something up.

I don't know how to do this, if you tell me the process i can easily do the job.
I am not expert in ebay listings but i did this task before manually products upload on ebay.
