You buy a $0.79 item and pay/buy it
Wait 3 days for the item to "arrive" (I won't actually send anything)
Leave a +rep saying the item arrived quickly
I will pay you after the rep shows up.

You will be paid $1.5 + item cost after the rep shows up.

YOU MUST have at least 10 rep on your ebay to do this. More the better.
