Ebay & Etsy Account Help Advice

Hi I am in a country which doesn't support Etsy or eBay, my friend is willing to share his info for a percentage of the profits. I am concerned if make mistake in setting up the account it would be stupid cause etsy or ebay they dont reinstate or reply to ppl and it takes months. I have only one shot to make it right.

My friend is Australian. I know IPburger is reliable for USA but what IP provide or where to use the residential proxies for Australia.
I am using incognition to hide fingerprints is it reliable
I have purchased a few books and they say do not create a sellers account directly what should be done. From my research its recommended to use the website for a few days with a general account and than create a sellers account.
