"You've reached the selling limit for the number of items you can list. Your current Feedback status indicates you need to improve your seller performance. Because of this, your selling privileges are limited to 1 item until your overall feedback is greater than 0."

Only problem is I cant list one item even without getting this message, do I have to wait til the start on next month? Or should I just go and buy a new account? Who else has had this problem?

I think the best thing for you would be to contact Ebay Support so that they can help you figure it out.

Without knowing more about what is going on with the account it is kind of hard to say.
How old is the account?
Is this the first time you are trying to list something?
Have you sold anything from the account?

Sounds to me like you got hit with a negative feedback from a starting feedback of zero putting you in the hole. If that is the case, you could try buying a couple of cheap items in order to get your feedback out of the negative. No experience with this but I have read online that it can work.

Also depending on why you got the feedback (if that is the case), you might try contacting your buyer and ask them to revise it. My brother did this on several occasions. He would offer to ship them another item, an upgraded item or offer a refund and let them keep the item they bought. Sometimes a combination like an upgraded item and a refund. If they revised the feedback they still didnt get shit and he blocked them. My brother is an asshole.... LOL

Option 2 would be better cause people may not wanna buy from a seller with shitty feedback.

I'm just assuming that is the problem cause without more details, aint nobody gonna be able to give you an answer.
