Ebay & Ecigs question

I read in the terms & conditions of ebay that e-cigarettes are not allowed. BUT ebay is full of e-cigs, e-liquid/e-juice and accessories.

Are they not enforcing or are these people finding a way to get around the filters?

Sometimes people will list them in different ways that hide them from the bots. Also if there account is already established with many feedback then the account gets overlooked and there able to sell them. There are many things that people sell on eBay that you shouldn't sell, but they usually will get shutdown if caught! Hope I can help!

So why are you trying to sell them on ebay? Do you have an outlet connection or a large number of them? I think the guys that are selling have just that, and probably a big inventory along side established accounts. Sadly i think, unless you have these things you will be stopped and or never able to sell at a low enough price.

Aso an established account does not offer you the security of your listing being not removed. My listing was removed after 4 days (it was a 5 days auction). I see other guys with way lower feedback and new accounts selling 10-30 of them and listing is still online. sometimes I really do not get those idiots working at eBay. They told me they only can remove it manually and so some of them get overlooked. Yeah, my single listing was immediately removed and the guy who already sold 30 got overlooked ^^

We are simply looking for additional ways to broaden our sales channels.

There must be some serious idiots at ebay because if you simply type in "ecigarette starter kit", there are quite a few companies selling them.

Any other ideas for additional sales / marketing channels for ecigarettes?

Some people who sell these e-cigs, some dont have nicotine or tabacco in them so they are safe to sell

Why don't you use just use other sources to sell this item like craigslist or maybe even ioffer. You could also make your own website, and market it that way.
