Ebay Dropshiping Questions

Hi everyone,

I am doing a drop shipping business on EBay and I have some concerns. The items are not vero items, they are legit and comply with ebay rules 100%. However the problem is that I know EBay doesn't like droppshipping . Also , the ebay account I am using is a grandfather account (opened in 2005) ,so I have the option of easily using payment options other than paypal.

1. If I use Paypal and I continuously withdraw funds from the account like 1-2 days after the order was payed for, would that cause paypal/ebay to limit me or any other negative consequences? Since this is a drop shipping business I need the funds to be available for me to use as soon as possible.

2. If this does cause something bad to happen with my pp/ebay accounts, what would be a better way to go about this? Would using Google checkout+ Cartmanager or another payment system be a better option?

Ebay / Paypal will cause problems for you no matter what you do. This is how they work to scrounge extra money off their customers.

They're taking fees on both ends!

It should be fine to withdraw regularly but you'd better keep some cash on your paypal account, I always have a few hundred in case of disputes and stuff, but withdraw everytime it gets too big cos who knows when your account will be limited..


if you get thrown off paypal/ebay, you can look at creating your own website, or marketplaces like amazon (although you can't dropship), etsy, price minister, etc... personally i like having my own website cos you've got everything under control and no listing fees
