Get an account running up first cause thats the first leap as they ban accounts left right centre these days.
New accounts are given only a mere 10 item limit a month now (UK).

You can still do it
 
Lol since I don’t know how to pm on here imma just ask you here. So u saying if I buy an older eBay account I would have an less issue about eBay banning my account ?

Yes that’s true you can use an older account but then you gotta get around the new managed payments system.
 
I'd definitely make sure to vet your account provider as well. Heard a lot of bad stories about bad accounts just getting banned soon after.

firs of all - you must to be a good seller. Fast communication, fast problems solution, no restricted or vero items in your listings. Secondly, fullfill items at time, provide tracking number, replay to all your messages in time. Thirdly - do not use any 3rd party tools to list items or to make orders. That is it. Gold rules. aliexpress or amazon is marketplaces - it is not good site to sell from. chinabrands, banggood - are wholesale suppliers. It is good to work with them
