i hve bouht an item from ebay
seller told me to deliver in one day while dexription says 1 week

can I file dispute?

No... and the seller probably means they will SHIP THE ITEM OUT in one day.

Depending on the shipping speed thats selected you will probably look like a bad buyer...

Read the auction to clear things up.

I don't think you sould open a dispute.
It's happend to me to and I contacted the seller and got the same answer you got before me.
