How do many sellers on ebay get away with selling items that are clearly copyright infringement? I see many sellers (some are top rated sellers) sell accessories, t shirts etc which have famous game/movie characters(Minions for example) on them. How is that possible?

Are they not copyright infringement?

Or is Ebay not strict about copyright infringement? :)

How do you know they are not paying royalties, they maybe legit drop shippers

tehres whats called VERO list that eBay has.

Those are the words you CANT use on titles/description or will get you in problems. Theres a list with a LOT of this words so you never use them.

Theres also software that automically will tell you about this, DS software to be precise.
