Ebay Case Opened Buyer Scam Help

This happened to me before too except I shipped my item to India like a fool, take the advise about shipping the second package with tracking(wish i had known about this trick then) but to answer your question no the cops are not going to come after you, I mean think about it man, how in the world can the cops come after you for something that you say you shipped? Lets use a little common sense here. The only thing that will happen is that ebay will try to scare, threaten and intimidate you, however they will hire a collection agency to hound you like they did me, but hey you said you shipped it and I believe you because ebay and everyone else knows this is the biggest scam on ebay and they just sit back and let it happen every single day, trust me this is nothing new to ebay. My advice to you is to keep every dime of the money and never use your information to sell anything on ebay again and you'll be fine, I mean i'm not in jail yet and I wish the hell someone would try to lock me up for an item I actually shipped, dont back down my friend!
