Ebay Buyer/Seller issue need help!!!

Hi Everyone, Iv recently sold a replica item on ebay, I never listed the item as authentic nor replica however it is branded. The buyer put up a case against me and ebay with-held the money. Am I able to win this case? I feel as although I am right as I never listed it as 100% authentic however I did use the brand name on my listing but everything else was all fully as it was described on the listing.. Please let me know if I should just return the money or will ebay side with me? Also, If I withdraw and empty my paypal account, is there any possible way for paypal to extract money from my credit card or bank account without my approval? .. Sorry these are newb questions but its just been bugging me

Ask the seller politely to return the item, and allow a refund.

Unfortunately, eBay's policy is that unless you clearly indicate otherwise, the item is assumed to be authentic. Some categories like media don't even allow bootleg / counterfeits to be listed, whether labelled as such or not...

Ask the buyer to return the item and refund them the money, then put in a request to cancel the ebay transaction. Make sure your listing is clearly labeled replica item for the future. I am surprised that PP hasn't already put a hold on your account balance. Don't take the money out of PayPal if you are going to refund. Do what is right and you will make more in the long run.
